Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie Recipe
Shared by Dr. Byron Morgan
As Chiropractor’s in East Dallas, we teach our patients that reducing inflammation is a key factor in decreasing neck and back pain. Green Smoothies are an easy way to get more nutrients into your diet to help reduce inflammation. This vibrant beetroot smoothie is not only delicious but also great for heart health. Beets are rich in nitrates, which convert to nitric oxide in the body, relaxing blood vessels and improving circulation. Ginger adds anti-inflammatory benefits, making this smoothie perfect for reducing systemic inflammation.
Quotes
- “Dietary nitrates from beets have been shown to reduce blood pressure and enhance vascular health.” (Green et al., Nutrition Research, 2022)

Enjoy this smoothie as a heart-healthy treat to reduce inflammation and promote recovery, perfectly aligning with chiropractic care’s focus on holistic wellness.
