Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death worldwide and it’s something we have to make sure we’re maintaining. How can we manage our cardiovascular system and maintain a healthy lifestyle meaning not so stressed? Well, there are many things we can do to make sure our blood is pumping the way we need it to. It’s very important to make sure our heart rate is getting up somehow in a healthy way such as exercise. Exercise is one of the major factors when it comes to mental health and managing your stress levels. For a lot of people it is a way out for them to detach from the “world” if you will. Stress has been inclining ever since covid took place with people losing their jobs or not having to go into work which is more related to physical stress.
