Healthy Breakfast to Decrease Inflammation
Shared by Dr. Tanner Tunsky

Eating well is an important aspect of living pain free and feeling our best. As a Chiropractors, in East Dallas, we are always sharing healthy recipes with patients to help reduce inflammation and pain. Spinach is a nutritional powerhouse, packed with vitamins and minerals. It is an excellent source of vitamin K, which is essential for bone health, and vitamin A, which supports eye health and immune function. Additionally, spinach is rich in antioxidants like flavonoids and carotenoids, which can help reduce inflammation and combat oxidative stress. The high fiber content aids in digestion and promotes feelings of fullness, making it beneficial for weight management. Furthermore, spinach contains iron, which is vital for energy production and oxygen transport in the body, and folate, which is important for cell function and tissue growth. Including spinach in your diet can contribute to overall health and well-being, making it a perfect addition to your breakfast!
