Increase Nutrition to Reduce Pain

They say eat the rainbow of colors to improve your health and decrease pain. Back pain can come from a lack of proper nutrition leading to damage to your soft tissues. By increasing your nutrition your body can heal and reduce pain. The highlight of this green drink is red beets (beta vulgaris). This root vegetable has power antioxidant levels that help reduce inflammation in the body. Beets can be cooked, fermented, pickled, roasted, ate raw, or my favorite way is to juice the vegetable. The centrifugal juicer is a wonderful way to extract the phytonutrients, vitamins, and minerals that can help your health and homeostasis. This style of juicing leaves out fiber, which is a health benefit, and increases the flavor from the sucrose in beets.

Ingredients
5 Large organic carrots
2 organic cucumbers
2 organic granny smith apples
2 organic peel red beats
2 organic bunches of celery sticks.
Prep for the centrifugal juicer
Wash vegetables
Brush off the root vegetables (carrots and red beats)
Cut out the core of the granny smith apples
Final rinse
