Journaling to Reduce Stress

Journaling to Reduce Stress

Journaling is a therapeutic tool for processing emotions and reducing stress. It has also been shown to improve mood and boost mental clarity.

In our East Dallas Chiropractic clinic we are always digging into the research to find the best ways to keep our patients healthy. A randomized controlled trial showed that expressive writing reduced cortisol levels and improved psychological well-being. Patients who journaled regularly reported reduced anxiety and better sleep.

Journaling allows patients to identify and reframe stress triggers. It’s a powerful tool to use alongside chiropractic care.

Writing provides clarity, calm, and control. It’s a mental wellness habit that supports the Think Well pillar of our care. We’re here to support your healing—mind and body. Ask us about our $39 new patient offer.
